Who we're not for: If you mainly want your team trained on ChatGPT, a course will cost you less. If you need one custom app built, a software shop is the better choice. ## What we do AI does the routine steps of the work. Your people review and approve it. We write down how your company really does the work, step by step. Then we build AI workflows that follow those steps inside the tools you already use. Each workflow stops for a person wherever a step needs judgment, and every run leaves a record of what it did and who approved it. ## How we work 1. Capture. You walk us through how the work starts, who handles it and where it lives today. We write it down. 2. Structure. Every step gets an owner, an input, an output and a check. 3. Run. Each step goes to the right tool: plain scripts for simple math, lighter AI models for routine steps, and the strongest models only for judgment calls. That keeps everyday work inexpensive. 4. Review. The workflow waits for a person before anything goes to a client, moves money or can't be undone. We work inside your team, next to the people who do the work, one workflow at a time. Diagnostic. Usually two to three weeks, longer for a bigger company. We sit with the people who run each part of your company, map how the work and the data really move, and show you where AI fits. Nothing written down is fine: we write it down as we go, and you keep it. A fixed fee, set by your size and scope, and credited to your Build. 2. Build. Usually six to eight weeks, longer for a bigger company. We size it in the Diagnostic, then build the first workflows with your team, test them on real work and measure them against where you started. A fixed fee. 3. Run. A monthly plan. We run the workflows with you, improve them, add new ones and keep your AI costs down. We price each step after the first call. Brian prices every proposal himself. We can work inside your own systems, like your Microsoft 365 or CRM. Anything we keep is stored in an encrypted workspace in the US and deleted when you ask. - Your rules are enforced by the software around the AI, so no instruction can talk it past them. - Workflows start with the least access the job needs and get more only when you decide. - Anything that reaches a client, moves money or can't be undone waits for a person to say yes. - If something it needs is missing, the workflow stops and asks instead of guessing. - Passwords stay in your vault and never go into a workflow. - Every run leaves a record: what it did, which model it used, what it cost and who approved it. ## Good to know - Hatch Capital is not an investment firm.
