In the Diagnostic, we sit with the people who run each part of your company and map how the work and the data really move. For each step, we note what goes in, what comes out and who checks it. That shows which steps follow the same rules every time and which need a person's judgment. Then we show you which workflows are worth building and the hours each one gives back.
That's normal, and it's fine. Most companies run on what's in people's heads, so in the Diagnostic we sit with each team and write the work down as we go. If you already have documents, we check them against how the work really happens and update them. Either way, you end with your processes written down, ready for an agent, and you keep them.
Loup is our in-house workflow system, and it runs every engagement. It turns each process into steps an agent can follow, and it stops wherever a person needs to sign off. Every run shows you what happened. Clients get Loup by working with us.
Before any work starts, we agree in writing where your data lives and who can see it. We can work inside your own systems, like your Microsoft 365 or CRM. Anything we keep is stored in an encrypted workspace in the US and deleted when you ask. Passwords stay in your vault, and each workflow gets only the access the job needs.
They stay in charge. A workflow stops and waits for a person before anything goes to a client, moves money or can't be undone. Your people check the work, approve it and make the judgment calls. The AI takes the routine steps off their plate.
